User behavior analysis is most effective when the entire team can participate. Didka makes it easy to share specific sessions with colleagues, create collaborative annotations, and work together to identify UX issues. In this guide, you'll learn how to set up team workflows for session analysis.

Creating Share Links

For any session in your dashboard, you can generate a shareable link that gives team members direct access to the replay. Share links can be sent via email, Slack, or any communication tool. Recipients don't need to navigate the dashboard — they can view the session directly from the link.

You can also share entire filtered collections of sessions. For example, you can create a filter for "sessions with rage clicks on the pricing page" and share that filtered view with your design team so they can review multiple problematic sessions at once.

Collaborative Annotations

Team members can add timestamped comments to any point in a session replay. This is useful for flagging specific moments: "At 2:34, the user tries to click this button but nothing happens" or "Here the form validation message is unclear." These annotations create a shared understanding of issues across the team.

Team Workflows

A effective workflow might look like this: the product manager identifies sessions with high drop-off rates, shares them with the design team, designers annotate specific UX issues, and developers use those annotations to prioritize fixes. Didka supports this collaborative process by making session data accessible and actionable for every team member.

For larger teams, you can assign sessions to specific team members for review, track which sessions have been analyzed, and maintain a history of annotations and resolutions. This collaborative approach works best when combined with session replay and event tracking for comprehensive user behavior analysis.
