Terms of Service
The rules for using didka, our plans and your data.
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using didka, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them.
The service
didka is a software-as-a-service platform for session recording and replay, heatmaps, funnel analysis and journey tracking. You install it by adding one line of JavaScript, and we keep the platform and tracker up to date.
Accounts
- Enter correct account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication when possible.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Install the tracker only on websites you own or are allowed to record.
- Follow visitor rights and local laws when you record sessions.
- Mask sensitive fields and exclude private pages when needed.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, privacy violations or unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Do not try to access the service or its data without permission.
Plans, payment and refunds
didka has a free plan and monthly paid plans. Payments go through the Iranian BitPay gateway, and card details stay with the gateway. Refund requests follow the rules on the pricing page.
If you downgrade or cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period; after that, data is deleted by our retention policy. See pricing for details.
Data ownership
Data recorded from your website belongs to you. didka processes it only to run and improve the service. You are responsible for the content of that data and for your visitors' rights.
Service availability
Our target uptime is 99.9%. We announce planned maintenance in advance, and you can see the live status of our services on the status page.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service as it is. We work to keep recording accurate and the service stable, but we cannot promise that every event is captured or that the service never stops; where the law allows, our liability is limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with its update date. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.
